I have had really good turn outs at broker preview, thank you Vin Goat catering….but I might actually be able to truthfully say, this was my biggest turn out. Epic. It’s wildly crazy to have this piece of real estate in the heart of Woods Cove! Fully away of breaking the price ceiling in the neighborhood but this has it all to support the price. One other property in Woods Cove would compete, but no chance they will sell, and if they did, it would be north of $5M. Just saying….
